Job Location and Contract Details
- This remote role is open to candidates based in Spain, the UK, or the UAE.
- Employment contracts are full-time and permanent, with contracts executed locally or through our employer of record, Deel.
- Primary work language is English; fluent communication in English for meetings and asynchronous work is essential.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will lead the global positioning, launch, and growth strategies for Airalo's product portfolio. Acting as the integral bridge between Product, Growth, CRM, Partnerships, and Customer Support teams, you will ensure all departments receive the necessary messaging, insights, and enablement resources to maximize product adoption and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own clear, differentiated product narratives and messaging frameworks tailored for B2C travelers, B2B partners, and enterprise clients, ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
- Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products, features, and geographic expansions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design integrated launch strategies with measurable goals.
- Lead market and customer research initiatives including competitive analysis and customer feedback synthesis to inform product positioning and marketing direction.
- Create and implement strategies to boost product activation, engagement, upselling, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle by leading data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns with CRM and Growth teams.
- Support product roadmap planning by partnering with Product Management and lead cross-department readiness, training, and enablement efforts to keep internal teams well-informed and confident in discussing product updates and competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years in product marketing with senior leadership experience within fast-paced, high-growth technology, consumer, or marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to lead comprehensive global go-to-market strategies for complex product offerings.
- Exceptional skills in simplifying complex product details into compelling, accessible messaging for diverse international audiences.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, CRM, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Strong analytical aptitude to leverage data and research for strategic decisions and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication abilities, including high-level presentation skills.
- Experience in travel, mobile, fintech, or marketplace sectors is advantageous.
- Comfortable working within a fully remote, distributed global organization.
- Track record managing products for both B2C and B2B/B2C markets, focusing predominantly on B2C.
- Multi-country product management experience with global reach is desirable.
Compensation
The annual salary range varies by location to ensure equity:
- UK: £88,500 to £119,500
- Spain: €65,000 to €85,000
Final salary offers are based on residence location and discussed transparently early in the recruitment process.
