Role Overview

We seek a Product Go-To-Market leader for the Driver Organization to guide the final stages of product deployment, ensuring successful translation of product readiness into tangible business results. This position bridges functions such as product, operations, data analytics, city teams, customer support, and marketing, accountable for launching new driver-facing features in a disciplined, measurable, and widely adopted manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning and execution for driver-focused products.
  • Translate product launch readiness into detailed city-specific launch strategies and phased deployments.
  • Develop and oversee rollout and rollback procedures, launch checklists, pre-mortem analyses, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Collaborate with product managers and data analysts to establish launch performance metrics, success criteria, guardrails, and monitoring schedules.
  • Conduct detailed product feature and configuration sessions for internal operations and city teams to ensure launch preparedness and alignment.
  • Manage controlled pilot testing, operational validation, field verification, and problem resolution during product scale-up phases, including ongoing field tests.
  • Track launch progress continuously, identify and address obstacles promptly through cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain proactive communication about launch status, challenges, and resolutions ensuring smooth operations.
  • Partner with marketing and product marketing to boost awareness, understanding, and adoption among delivery partners through effective communication and enablement materials.
  • Establish strong feedback mechanisms from field personnel and city teams to product groups, synthesizing insights for informed recommendations.

  • Acceleration and efficient completion of go-to-market cycles.

  • High levels of awareness, seamless adoption, and measurable business outcomes from driver-facing features.
  • Early detection and swift resolution of risks, field challenges, and adoption hurdles to avoid rollbacks.
  • Consistent provision of timely updates, clear escalation processes, and actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to overcome obstacles.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in go-to-market strategies, product operations, or business operations.
  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives from planning through rollout and foster alignment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making structured decisions amid fluctuating on-ground realities, with strong foresight to identify potential risks.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define success measures, interpret data effectively, and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing capabilities across teams including product, engineering, operations, support, analytics, and marketing.
  • Strong communication and documentation proficiency, capable of engaging leadership stakeholders.
  • High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and readiness to engage directly with field-level details when necessary.
  • Experience in marketplaces, mobility, logistics, operations-centric sectors, or large-scale consumer technology is advantageous.
  • Willingness to conduct hands-on field testing, immerse in user experience to gather direct insights and refine rollout and product decisions accordingly.
