About the Role
Join ING, Germany's third-largest retail bank with approximately 10 million customers, as a Senior Manager for Planning & Pricing in Business Banking, based in Frankfurt. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial planning and forecasting processes for Business Banking, integrating financial planning and translating value propositions into actionable commercial strategies.
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies aimed at enhancing Customer Lifetime Value by identifying value drivers and transforming them into data-driven initiatives.
- Manage all pricing aspects holistically, including campaigns, quarterly price control processes, and pricing of products, bundles, and value-added services such as fixed deposits, account-linked software, and foreign currency payments.
- Oversee the Business Banking profit and loss, driving sustainable value creation beyond asset and liability considerations.
- Conduct precise market and competitor analyses to support pricing, portfolio, and strategic decisions with a strong data foundation.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from Finance, Treasury, and Daily Banking to align strategy, execution, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in pricing, forecasting, or commercial management, preferably within banking or financial services.
- In-depth expertise in pricing and forecasting, complemented by a background in management or strategy consulting and familiarity with banking products and their commercial value drivers.
- Excellent analytical abilities combined with confident, impactful communication and superior stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to convert insights into clear recommendations, crafting compelling storylines and decision-ready content.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development.
- A proactive, adaptable team player with eagerness to learn and drive innovation.
- A passion for sustainable solutions and innovation.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
