Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Consultant specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to support our clients in strategic and operational decision-making through advanced analytics, ERP, and EPM systems. The position is open in multiple German cities, including Hannover. Join us to impact business performance by advising on corporate planning and control to optimize processes and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experts to develop comprehensive solutions such as integrated sales, production, and financial planning that enable simulation capabilities.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies and tools to design automated forecasting models, including those based on machine learning techniques.
- Engage directly in agile implementation projects by independently handling work packages and contributing to proposal development, business growth, and marketing activities.
- Gradually take on leadership roles and communicate effectively with clients' top management throughout projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in related fields like Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional knowledge in areas such as controlling, accounting, marketing/sales, human resources, or supply chain management.
- Practical experience gained through studies, training, or internships in developing business solutions using Excel or, preferably, modern cloud platforms.
- Strong numerical aptitude, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and eagerness to engage in demanding projects.
- Willingness to travel and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
