Key Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive project management including project planning, design, and implementation to ensure successful delivery within scope, on schedule, and budget.
- Create detailed project plans utilizing resource allocation and timeline management, collaborating with multiple stakeholder teams.
- Develop current and future state process maps to guide system transformations.
- Manage workstreams to ensure business objectives and delivery goals are consistently met.
- Function as main liaison for client stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels to manage expectations and provide project updates.
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and align clinical and operational aims.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate system performance and user satisfaction, delivering regular performance reports.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to health systems.
- Utilize storytelling techniques and data insights to craft compelling executive communications.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective workstream and team communications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop analysts, fostering collaboration and enhancing project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Promote professional growth within the team through training and development in technical and project management disciplines.
- Stay updated with healthcare trends and regulatory requirements ensuring compliance and adoption of best practices.
- Contribute thought leadership by engaging with teams to share insights and support business development.
- Travel may be required up to 80% to fulfill client and project commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years in client-facing consulting roles within healthcare payer or provider environments.
- Preferred qualifications include master's or advanced degrees, experience leading global teams, and leadership experience involving team management and project oversight.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Interest and experience with data analytics and AI technologies enhancing consulting effectiveness.
- Aptitude to thrive in dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges vary according to location, role, and experience. For New York state, annual compensation spans approximately from $66,300 to $205,800. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, bonuses, paid holidays, and personal time off.
