The CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) team supports CFOs and finance functions in crafting and executing strategies centered on digital innovation, new operating models, and best practices to differentiate and create business value.

This practice encompasses several focus areas including CFO Value Strategies, Digital Finance Transformation, Tax Transformation, Treasury & Working Capital Management, Enterprise Planning & Analysis, and Digital Risk & Compliance. It drives end-to-end finance transformations leveraging intelligent automation, data analytics, and cloud-enabled capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with highly skilled teams and clients both onsite and offshore to produce lasting impacts and foster continuous learning.
  • Analyze complex finance and business problems requiring deep evaluation of multiple variables.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of finance processes including accounting, management reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
  • Support clients in building capabilities for sustained growth and innovation.
  • Develop detailed business cases and actionable plans reflecting industry and functional expertise to maximize strategic impact.
  • Work within cross-functional teams to design, communicate, and implement transformation programs.
  • Help leadership develop new solutions and assets within the consulting practice.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant with distinction: rank holders or first-time passers in both CA Final and PE II.
  • At least 3 years experience at a leading CA firm with expertise in taxation, financial consolidation and close processes, audits, internal controls, and risk analysis for financial institutions.
  • Proven client relationship management skills.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (minimum 2 years experience).
  • Familiarity with finance processes and concepts (2-3 years exposure).
  • Problem-solving ability with creativity and critical thinking to address complex scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills including time management and multitasking.
  • Able to work collaboratively with dispersed teams around the globe.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based primarily in Mumbai with potential travel ranging from 0–100% depending on project requirements. You will be immersed in a dynamic, evolving business landscape with limitless opportunities to impact client initiatives using leading digital assets and innovative thinking.
