- Deliver timely, candid, data-informed feedback on skill gaps and training needs, and manage performance effectively.
- Make sure the team strategy aligns with broader business goals and keep the team focused on delivering against it.
- Lead with an agile, solution-oriented approach and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Design solutions, build business cases, and execute major initiatives for Strategic Accounts.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and implement business strategy across areas such as segment strategy, quota setting, and leadership planning.
- Own or influence key relationships with GTM Ops, Product, Insights, Marketing, Sales Readiness, and other partners as needed.
- Share regular business updates with leadership on team performance, business health, customer outcomes, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain deep expertise in LinkedIn products, workflows, systems, and execution best practices.
- Inspire the team and cross-functional partners to execute the strategy for growing and supporting managed customers while meeting revenue targets.
- Track industry movement and competitor activity to uncover long-term customer opportunities.
- Lead industry-specific engagement efforts and event strategies for key verticals.
