Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will aid the Deputy Director of Marketing Communications in establishing and steering IMDA's marketing and communication strategies. The role focuses on planning and delivering impactful outreach campaigns concerning IMDA's policies, programs, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, industry communication teams, and internal stakeholders to identify priorities and design integrated marketing campaigns that effectively achieve objectives.
• Assist the Deputy Director in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns including print, digital, social media, activations, partnerships, and sponsorships to accomplish program goals.
• Coordinate closely within the Communications & Marketing Division to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of IMDA's narratives across all outreach efforts.
• Utilize analytics and social listening platforms to evaluate campaign impact, support policy development, and encourage behavioral changes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 10 to 12 years of marketing experience, including minimum 5 years in supervisory positions.
• Academic background in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in infocomm and/or media sectors is preferred.
• Proficient in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders such as media partners, creative teams, and digital agencies.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology stacks and proven record with digital-driven marketing communications campaigns.
• Experienced with web analytics tools to enable data-informed campaign assessments.
• Motivated by purpose-driven initiatives and committed to delivering top-quality results.
• Excellent written communication and presentation capabilities, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data-related analysis.
