About the Role

Join the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) as an Assistant Manager in the Incentive Management and Governance Systems Team and contribute to Singapore’s digital future. This role is part of the Corporate Group at IMDA and focuses on driving the transformation and digitalisation of grant governance and operations. You'll collaborate with various business units to enhance grant management systems, ensuring efficient grant governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Level 1 support, managing user-reported issues and requests, coordinating the team to ensure prompt resolution and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
  • Diagnose system problems by working closely with vendors, validating bug fixes, enhancements, and data patches through verification sessions.
  • Lead change management activities including organising briefings and onboarding for IMDA officers and grantees.
  • Handle communication regarding grantee complaints, liaise with the IMDA Contact Centre, and conduct user satisfaction surveys to gather and analyse feedback.
  • Maintain and update user guides, documentation on enhancements, and self-learning resources.
  • Provide general administrative and event logistics support as needed to ensure smooth operational processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 5 to 8 years professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience; familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with the capability to lead multiple projects.
  • Proactive mindset focused on operational excellence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset able to work independently with minimal supervision.
