Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Senior Manager for Loyalty & Membership to develop and expand our loyalty and member engagement programs. As the business owner of Vuori's loyalty initiatives, you will lead program performance, member acquisition, retention strategies, rewards management, and long-term program development. This role demands a deep understanding of customer behavior, business insight, and a passion for crafting elevated experiences that enhance customer connection and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategy, operational readiness, and long-term planning for loyalty and membership programs.
- Design and refine member benefits, reward structures, engagement tactics, and retention strategies to deepen customer relationships.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration with CRM, Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Analytics, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless member experiences.
- Develop and maintain processes, governance structures, business rules, and reporting systems to support scalable program management and growth.
- Create KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance metrics for member acquisition, engagement, retention, and program health assessment.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Finance teams to analyze member economics, calculate ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Utilize testing, customer insights, segmentation, personalization, and enhancements to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Manage relationships with loyalty platform providers, external vendors, and agencies while preparing executive-level recommendations based on customer data.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in loyalty, membership, CRM, retention marketing, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, or related areas supporting customer growth.
- Proven track record in launching, scaling, or managing loyalty or membership programs within premium retail, apparel, wellness, hospitality, or consumer brands.
- In-depth knowledge of customer retention drivers, loyalty program economics, rewards frameworks, and member engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data, performance metrics, and financial insights to drive decisions.
- Experience managing loyalty platforms, CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or related customer marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including influencing senior and executive leadership.
- Self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, and skilled at establishing new frameworks, processes, and capabilities from the ground up.

The salary for this position ranges from $137,700 to $160,000 annually and includes eligibility for bonus compensation.
