Job description
About the Group and Brand
Aditya Birla Group, a global conglomerate ranked among Fortune 500 companies, boasts a workforce of over 150,000 employees across 100 nationalities. The group operates diversified businesses spanning metals, chemicals, textiles, cement, financial services, fashion retail, telecom, and renewable energy, with more than half its revenue coming from international markets. Recently, it expanded its luxury retail footprint by launching the Indriya jewellery brand in June 2024.
The Indian jewellery market is undergoing a transformation as younger generations view jewellery as a medium for self-expression, identity, and everyday style rather than just traditional celebrations or inheritance. Project Tiara, a new-age jewellery venture under the legal entity Novel Jewels and backed by the Aditya Birla Group, aims to cater to this contemporary mindset. The brand promises stylish, affordable, and versatile jewellery for daily wear, emphasizing trend-driven collections that allow stacking, layering, and personalization.
