About the Role
The Senior Manager for Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations is a key strategic position reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Accounts. This role is essential for shaping organizational initiatives impacting Navan's global customer base and account management. It demands a strategic thinker capable of seamlessly handling both high-level executive messaging and in-depth data analysis to maximize client value and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, cross-departmental projects autonomously on behalf of the CRO, ensuring alignment and removing obstacles across teams.
- Design and implement frameworks focused on evaluating and demonstrating business value, supporting account managers in quantifying ROI for complex clients.
- Engage extensively with clients and stakeholders to identify, measure, and monitor critical value drivers and industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with post-sales leadership to create and implement scalable service offerings that generate additional revenue streams.
- Enhance client engagement procedures, including risk assessment and management of implementations and changes, to maintain account health.
- Analyze complex dashboards, KPIs, and qualitative feedback to generate executive insights that enhance customer journeys and improve Net Revenue Retention.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology companies.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity and strategic planning efficiency, with continuous self-improvement to stay current with AI advancements.
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with C-suite executives in environments demanding high ownership.
- Strong capability in interpreting business, financial, and operational data to derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in project management and achieving cross-functional organizational alignment.
- Excellent analytical skills; familiarity with leading SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and ThoughtSpot is advantageous.
- A proven track record of succeeding in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by independently establishing clarity and structure.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is $123,750 to $215,000 USD annually. Compensation is influenced by factors including primary work location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal pay equity. Target incentive compensation may apply and is subject to ramping periods and performance exceeding targets.
