Role Overview

The Senior Manager responsible for Management Reporting and Consolidation is a pivotal member within Qiddiya's FP&A division, assisting the Director in producing comprehensive management reports, financial consolidation, and advanced financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidation processes across various entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and punctuality.
  • Manage the creation of management pack materials, executive presentations, and board-level documents in collaboration with the Director.
  • Convert intricate financial and operational datasets into clear, well-structured, and visually engaging reports and dashboards.
  • Serve as a primary power user for Anaplan, supporting development, enhancements, and scenario analysis.
  • Oversee the development and automation of Power BI dashboards to boost reporting efficiency and insightfulness.
  • Maintain data consistency and alignment among Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and other reporting platforms.
  • Provide FP&A teams with sophisticated financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance insights for both Corporate and Development sectors.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models to aid in planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Standardize reporting templates, KPI frameworks, and action tracking tools to promote governance and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, development finance, and various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integration.
  • Lead and nurture a small team of analysts to uphold analytical quality, responsibility, and continuous progress.
  • Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities to optimize consolidation and reporting workflows.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or an MBA qualification are favored.
  • Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, or management reporting within complex organizational settings.
  • At least 6 years in managerial positions overseeing consolidation or reporting functions.
  • Experience in industries like master development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or other capital-heavy sectors is advantageous.
  • Alternatively, candidates from large multinational corporations with revenues or capital expenditures exceeding $1 billion and a record of career advancement are suitable.
  • Prior experience at Big Four firms or Tier 1 consultancies is highly valued.
