- Identify opportunities for scalable MMC application across various asset types and translate pilots into standardized practices and repeatable frameworks.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to facilitate manufacturing partnerships and assess market feasibility for MMC adoption.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive knowledge-sharing system that captures lessons learned, best practices, and enforces repeatable delivery standards across business units.
- Establish mechanisms for cross-functional transparency to minimize duplicated efforts and rework, fostering a culture of constructive learning over fault-finding.
- Lead governance and integration efforts aligning Delivery, Procurement, Engineering/Design, Logistics, Commercial, and Digital departments toward enhanced coordination and performance.
- Drive measurable improvements in cost, schedule adherence, quality, health, safety, environmental performance, and sustainability metrics.
Success Indicators

- Established supplier and manufacturing pipelines supporting scalable MMC implementation.

- Increased coordination and transparency across business units with faster resolution of delivery challenges.
Collaboration Environment
Works closely with senior leadership, business unit directors, implementation teams, procurement, supply chain, logistics, commercial contracts experts, digital and IT specialists, and human resources. Externally engages delivery partners, tier 1 contractors, modular and offsite manufacturers, technology vendors, consultants, and the supply chain ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
- At least 18 years of advanced experience in international real estate development, infrastructure, or intricate construction projects.
- Proven executive leadership managing multi-asset or giga-project portfolios concurrently within complex, fast-growth environments such as national transformation or large urban developments.
- Deep familiarity with construction innovation including industrialized construction, modular methods, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience engaging senior executive teams to obtain approval for strategic governance and framework initiatives.
- Strong expertise in program governance, stage-gate methodologies, and integrating cross-functional teams effectively.
- Established track record managing relationships with contractors, manufacturers, consultants, and supply chain participants.
