Senior Director, Product Management – WinTeam ERP

About the Role

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and transformation of WinTeam, its core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored for commercial cleaning and security service industries. This leadership position focuses on evolving a mature, critical ERP platform by integrating AI, data insights, and modern SaaS workflows to optimize thousands of large enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the product vision and AI-driven transformation of WinTeam.
• Manage the product roadmap, ensuring coherent strategy and execution across all core ERP modules.
• Balance technical upgrades with delivering immediate customer value, transitioning from feature delivery to impactful business outcomes.
• Incorporate machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making to convert large operational datasets into customer benefits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners, emphasizing rigorous discovery, precise requirement development, prioritization, and proactive decision-making.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Executive teams to accelerate delivery and market impact.
• Maintain deep customer engagement through advisory boards, site visits, discovery sessions, and act as a primary product expert during strategic sales and industry events.
• Oversee product financials, collaborate on pricing strategies, and create data-backed ROI justifications for new features.

Professional Qualifications

• Over a decade of product management experience with at least five years leading and scaling product teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven background working with mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operational software.
• Successful track record in modernizing legacy platforms while managing technical debt and customer change without disrupting business operations.
• Solid understanding of AI integration and data-driven software development.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills suited for strategic leadership and customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
