Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, bold leader to spearhead large-scale AI transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. As a Senior Manager, you will chart the path for AI-powered enterprises, merging creativity, commercial insight, and purpose. Your role involves architecting transformative journeys for clients based on deep business knowledge and meaningful technology integration. You will focus on driving business growth, managing complex high-impact engagements, and overseeing comprehensive transformation programs covering AI, data, and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a multi-million-dollar consulting portfolio within Southeast Asia.
• Lead the formulation and negotiation of strategic data and AI transformation projects, engaging directly with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Convert business aspirations into compelling value propositions using scalable data platforms and AI-powered operational models.
• Establish and nurture enduring executive relationships positioning the company as a trusted transformation advisor.
• Design and direct extensive digital and AI transformation initiatives aligning data, AI, and business reinvention.
• Advise clients on creating AI-centric organizations by embedding AI capabilities and uncovering new value streams.
• Bridge strategic plans to practical execution by mobilizing cross-functional teams for agile and impactful deliverables.
• Develop market entry strategies, campaign materials, and intellectual property related to data strategies, AI operating frameworks, and generative AI transformations.
• Represent the firm at industry events and forums, establishing thought leadership in data-driven transformation.
• Build and guide high-performing, diverse consulting teams fostering growth mindsets and entrepreneurial approaches.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning to stay ahead of industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive consulting experience spanning over ten years in AI strategy and transformation, AI-driven innovation, or data strategy.
• Proven commercial leadership with success in structuring, selling, and delivering consulting engagements worth multiple millions of USD including measurable client value.
• Strong capability in engaging C-suite executives across sectors with superior storytelling, persuasion, and negotiation expertise.
• Expertise in navigating transformation across strategy, design, and delivery with an ability to simplify complexities and achieve business results.
• Innovative mindset passionate about leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, data platforms, and automation to creatively resolve business challenges.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of enterprise data ecosystems including platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or public sector environments.
• Regional exposure to markets across Southeast Asia.
