Overview
This role is responsible for leading the digital acquisition strategy for Domain's Commercial Real Estate and Agent/B2B divisions. It involves collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to develop and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, cross-selling, and customer retention.
The position also requires ensuring that performance marketing initiatives align with the overarching business goals while cultivating and expanding stakeholder relationships for sharing results and highlighting team achievements.
This assignment is a 12-month maternity leave temporary cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the digital media acquisition strategy targeting the Commercial Real Estate and Agent segments.
- Manage day-to-day performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video channels with hands-on involvement.
- Continuously monitor and enhance campaign performance metrics.
- Provide comprehensive measurement and reporting covering the entire campaign lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate campaign outcomes and insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Manage performance forecasting alongside budget oversight.
- Partner with product and product marketing teams to devise and execute campaign and landing page A/B tests aiming to boost performance.
- Implement ongoing audience strategy tests and improvements.
- Keep track of in-market competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate tracking and tagging for campaigns.
- Coordinate with broader marketing departments to maintain consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of eight years’ experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge of performance marketing channels.
- Ability to think strategically, transforming quantitative and qualitative data into focused performance marketing plans.
- Extensive campaign creation and optimization experience using platforms such as Google Ads (Search and Display), Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic exchanges, and affiliate networks.
- Strong data visualization capabilities to clearly communicate campaign performance and business impact internally.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong accountability for delivering on KPIs and defining success metrics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and tag management systems.
- Experience with additional tools like Tableau and Datorama.
- Working knowledge of HTML, third-party ad tag implementation, and other related digital advertising codes.
- Excellent collaboration skills combined with initiative to improve workflows and solve problems as part of a team.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in business and marketing or equivalent professional experience.
