Role Overview

We are actively looking for a mid-level SAP Finance Manager well-versed in managing SAP S4Hana Cloud, SAP Analytical Cloud (including Planning), SAP Group Reporting, and Concur applications. This role involves close collaboration with the Global Finance team to optimize SAP systems and processes, improving business effectiveness and undertaking select controllership duties. Ideal candidates will have a significant background in SAP modules, system configuration, integration, and finance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert knowledge in SAP modules such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Group Reporting, and SAP analytics.
• Configure and customize SAP systems to align with business needs.
• Work jointly with various departments to design, execute, and maintain SAP solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular audits to uphold data accuracy and organizational compliance.
• Liaise with end-users to translate their requirements into effective SAP system applications.
• Keep abreast of SAP technology advancements and industry best practices, offering recommendations for process enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations to senior management and relevant stakeholders that support strategic business decisions, and collaborate with front office or functional units to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, or control.
• Provide support on controllership functions as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience specializing in SAP (S/4HANA CLOUD) focusing on SAP Group Reporting, SAP FICO, SAC Cloud, and SAP Concur.
• SAP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in SAP system configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong insights into SAP integration with other enterprise systems.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective cooperation across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• For candidates in Montreal, fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is compulsory. For Toronto-based applicants, excellent communication skills in English are required.

Additional Details

• This position operates within a hybrid model requiring four days per week in-office attendance.
• The salary band for candidates in Ontario is $130,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and employee benefits.
