Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Manager who will work closely with the Global Finance Organization to support and optimize Fiera Capital’s SAP landscape, including S4Hana Cloud, SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC), SAP Group Reporting, and Concur. This position involves configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving business performance, while also handling certain controllership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Group Reporting, and analytics modules.
- Configure and tailor SAP systems to align with evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and sustain SAP solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve SAP system problems efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity within SAP systems.
- Work directly with end users to identify requirements and devise robust SAP solutions.
- Monitor SAP developments and advise on best practices for process improvements.
- Create and present financial reports for senior leaders, and partner with various organizational areas to improve processes and controls.
- Provide support with controllership tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP, particularly with S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Group Reporting, FICO, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Concur.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.
- Demonstrable expertise with SAP configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Deep knowledge of SAP system integration as well as financial reporting and consolidation techniques.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex technical scenarios.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
Additional Information
- Hybrid model, requiring four days per week in the office (London location specifics may differ in language requirements—see below).
- For positions in Montreal or Laval, French fluency (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is also needed for global client interactions.
