- Take the lead on buy-side and sell-side deals spanning onshore wind, solar, and infrastructure assets.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation work, and return analyses for both greenfield and operating projects.
- Run due diligence processes from start to finish and keep legal, technical, and commercial advisers aligned.
- Shape transaction structures, project financing arrangements, and partnership or co-investment setups.
- Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Candidate profile
- 4–6+ years of experience in M&A, infrastructure, project finance, or transaction advisory, ideally with exposure to energy or renewables.
- Strong command of financial modelling and valuation methods, including DCF, LBO-style project returns, and sensitivity analysis.
- Proven experience managing due diligence and completing transactions.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Commercially minded, practical, and comfortable owning transactions in a lean team environment.
