Senior International Recruiter

Role Overview

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior International Recruiter on behalf of its client. The position is focused on hiring for healthcare and technical roles across international markets, with a strong emphasis on the US recruitment space.

The role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and can be performed in a remote or hybrid arrangement. It follows a Monday to Friday schedule aligned with the USA shift.

Compensation is market competitive and the budget is open.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based healthcare and technical positions, covering sourcing through onboarding support.

• Handle the complete hiring cycle for healthcare and technical openings in the US market.
• Identify and approach talent through Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, and similar sourcing channels.
• Recruit across medical, allied health, nursing, clinical, IT, software development, engineering, and other technical functions.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and prepare qualified shortlists.
• Arrange interview schedules and keep both clients and candidates updated throughout the process.
• Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Use Boolean searching, X-Ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and other advanced search methods.
• Support offer negotiation and help candidates through onboarding.
• Update ATS records, maintain recruitment reporting, and work toward hiring KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

This role calls for a seasoned recruiter with international hiring experience and strong exposure to the US market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in international recruitment.
• Direct experience in US healthcare/medical recruitment.
• Direct experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Practical use of Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, and similar job portals.
• Solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience working in the USA time zone is required.
