Role Overview
This full-time permanent position based in Doha, Qatar seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business leaders. The HRBP will be responsible for steering people strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, advocating employee engagement, and managing workforce dynamics within a diverse, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cooperatively with leadership to ensure alignment of HR plans with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives around talent management, succession planning, and leadership cultivation.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and foster organizational growth activities.
- Offer expert advice on employee relations, complaint investigations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict management.
- Support strategic workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and smooth onboarding processes for critical roles.
- Champion efforts to enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Qatar Labor Law and all HR governance frameworks.
- Leverage HR data analytics and metrics to inform leadership decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possesses professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR, which is preferred.
- Brings a minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, with 3 to 5 years specifically as an HRBP.
- Demonstrates strong skills in employee relations, talent oversight, organizational development, workforce planning, performance and change management.
- Experienced in dynamic, high-volume, multicultural corporate environments.
- Proficient in English and Arabic languages.
