Position Overview

We seek an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor legislation, and end-to-end management of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, addressing workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure organizational adherence to labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
• Manage all phases of recruitment, onboarding, and employee separation processes efficiently.
• Assist in performance management processes and facilitate employee evaluations.
• Provide consultative HR advice to managerial staff and various departments across the organization.
