Job Overview
We are seeking candidates for the position of Senior HR Specialist (Senior Associate) at our Chennai location, based at B2 Block, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations and resolve complex employee matters such as FMLA, ADA accommodations, benefits disputes, and payroll issues.
- Address sensitive employee relations and ethics cases maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, legal teams, and corporate stakeholders to tackle systemic and high-priority concerns.
- Offer immediate guidance, policy expertise, and informal mentorship to Level 1 Helpdesk Associates to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure all operations strictly adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws to mitigate organizational risk.
Candidate Requirements
- Professional experience ranging from 2 to 5 years.
- At least 2 to 3 years of specialized experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or an HR Generalist role.
- Applicants with experience in handling international communications are preferred.
