You will join the People Operations (Pops) team, which plays a key role in attracting, developing, and keeping exceptional talent that supports Grab’s growth, innovation, and mission across the region.

Role summary

In this senior HR business partnering role, you will work closely with leaders and employees across assigned business areas to align people strategy with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on decision-making, and provide end-to-end support across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development so that people initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to shape organisational structure and make informed design decisions as business needs evolve.
  • Identify and solve complex people and organisation challenges by connecting insights across teams and anticipating downstream effects.
  • Roll out HR programmes and focused learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capability.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development while promoting fair and consistent practices.
  • Work with leaders on workforce planning and budgeting for hiring, engagement, and learning and development, while forecasting future team requirements.
  • Support major organisational changes by building stakeholder alignment and executing communication plans for internal launches.
  • Use people data and metrics to inform decisions and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR business partnering within technology, fintech, or other high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to handle complex challenges and guide teams through change and ambiguity, including advising senior HR stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience handling sensitive discussions with employees and leaders at different levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools such as Power BI to analyse workforce data and present insights to leadership.
  • Well-developed analytical judgement, with the ability to diagnose root causes and recommend practical solutions to organisational issues.
  • Experience managing several projects at the same time while delivering workforce initiatives on schedule and within budget.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements across the markets where the company operates.
