Position Overview
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leadership teams across the Pacific Coast Zone, including states such as Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, and Hawaii. Managing an employee base of approximately 804 individuals, this role combines hands-on HR involvement with strategic initiatives focused on talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and change management in a dynamic growth environment. Around 10-15% travel within the region is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and staff to understand priorities, challenges, and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to align strategies and formulate effective organizational solutions.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to support informed decisions and anticipate talent requirements.
- Advise leaders on talent-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance management.
- Facilitate organizational design and lead communication and change management processes.
- Promote the corporate culture and encourage transparent, inclusive communication.
- Manage core HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, employee engagement, and talent assessments.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure rigorous and effective selection and hiring practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline is essential; Master’s degree or MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, with expertise in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent management.
- Experience working in multi-location or dispersed environments is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver's license adhering to company driving safety policies.

- Annual salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 plus a 10% bonus opportunity.
