This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape people strategies across all levels of the enterprise, from operational teams to the executive board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and influence company-wide people initiatives, contributing to strategic decisions alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Provide insightful people analytics and governance support to the Board.
- Manage a team of five, establishing effective workflows and accelerating performance through adaptive and best practice approaches.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing senior People & Culture portfolios within dynamic, fast-paced organizations undergoing growth and change.
- Experience with global operations, particularly involving Asia as a stakeholder, is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and commercial acumen to challenge assumptions and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Adept in change management, capable of navigating organizational restructuring, budget constraints, and competing priorities effectively.
- Relationship-focused with high curiosity and passion, serving as a natural enabler within teams.
- Blend of strategic vision and practical SME experience, knowing when hands-on involvement is needed.
- Thought leader in modern HR trends and AI adoption, advocating for innovative practices with confidence.
- Demonstrates integrity, passion, and a clear personal motivation in their work.
