About the Opportunity
Our client leads in delivering water filtration solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand, renowned for top-quality products and outstanding customer service. As the company expands, the New Zealand team seeks three Customer Care Executives to join a dynamic and supportive work environment.
This role offers a chance to work in a company where exceptional customer service is a priority. You will act as the initial contact for both customers and dealers, assisting with problem resolution, product information, and exceeding expectations in every interaction.
Role Overview
- Handle inbound communications including phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
- Provide dealer support such as quotes, tracking orders, processing returns, and credit questions.
- Manage customer cases through Salesforce with precise documentation and prompt follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centers, or similar roles.
- Confident, professional telephone communication skills, able to quickly build rapport.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic “can-do” attitude, adaptable and willing to go beyond scripts.
- A hungry, humble, and smart approach, enjoying teamwork and active involvement.
