Job Location and Role
The position is based primarily at the Ghiloth Industrial Area, where on-site civil and PEB warehousing projects are underway. There is also an office in Neemrana linked with project management activities. The company seeks a senior-level HR and Administration professional to oversee recruitment, HR operations, and general HR responsibilities pertinent to the project sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment activities for project-based roles at site locations.
- Oversee HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and documentation on-site.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to ongoing construction and industrial projects.
- Ensure smooth HR operations in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of experience in senior HR roles with specific expertise in project environments such as civil construction sites, PEB warehousing projects, or water and wastewater project sectors.
- Capability to supervise work related to site-based HR management actively.
- Prior work experience in project companies managing labor and staff on-site.
- This role requires physical presence on-site; hence candidates must be prepared for fieldwork at industrial locations.
