About the Role
Decagon is hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter to support rapid team growth. This position offers substantial ownership and independence in partnering with leaders and building strong teams. It is best suited for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with company leaders and co-founders to support growth across GTM hiring.
- Find creative ways to attract, engage, and secure top-tier candidates.
- Design and improve interview workflows to increase speed and hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate as one team to achieve ambitious hiring targets across the organization.
Ideal Background
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven success in building and scaling strong talent teams in highly competitive markets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with the AI talent market and access to a strong network of high-quality candidates.
- A data-driven approach to identifying and resolving hiring bottlenecks and guiding decisions.
- Strong judgment for assessing talent, along with a clear view of what distinguishes exceptional candidates from strong ones.
Compensation
The expected compensation is $180K to $240K, plus equity.
