Role Summary
The Senior Growth Product Manager role centers on spearheading the optimization of our Trip Request conversion funnel—our platform’s critical user journey. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead agile teams, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, and Marketing, and transform traveler insights into actionable, high-impact A/B testing experiments. Your objective: refine every step from discovery to request while upholding the premium experience associated with our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the 2026 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy and execution roadmap, actively driving experiments and scaling successful initiatives based on live data.
- Lead two specialized product squads focused on different segments of the Web CRO journey, ensuring cohesive progress and alignment.
- Work in partnership with the Data Team to establish tracking protocols, interpret A/B test data, and generate comprehensive Tableau dashboards for effective insight visualization.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to integrate both qualitative user research and quantitative analytics into experiment designs that are user-focused yet aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with Marketing and other product divisions to synchronize content, performance marketing efforts, and ensure smooth data integration across platforms including traveler, partner, and customer care systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in product management roles with a clear focus on growth initiatives.
- Proven expertise in driving conversion improvements through A/B testing, experience optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies such as large language models for personalization and workflow enhancement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Comfortable interacting with engineering teams and understanding technical challenges and data architectures.
- A solid understanding of balancing luxury brand integrity with growth objectives, maintaining brand prestige while optimizing conversions.
- Experience managing product backlogs using Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time until 3 PM.
