Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner organization that handles the application process and subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager located in Canada.

In this position, you will shape and run comprehensive, data-led growth marketing programs across the Americas, with responsibility for building pipeline, influencing revenue, and improving full-funnel performance for a global B2B technology business. The work sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, demand generation, and sales coordination, with a focus on turning campaign activity into measurable business results. You will lead multi-channel initiatives that support both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion, while ensuring positioning, messaging, and channel choices are aligned to scalable growth. This is a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment that calls for strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels. A major part of the role will involve improving marketing return on investment through testing, forecasting, and ongoing performance optimization.

Key accountabilities

  • Build and execute integrated, full-funnel growth marketing plans that support pipeline generation, revenue growth, and expansion across the Americas.
  • Create and refine demand generation initiatives across digital, event-based, and account-focused channels in line with business priorities.
  • Turn broader business objectives into practical marketing actions, keeping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution aligned.
  • Take ownership of forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on key marketing metrics such as pipeline contribution, conversion performance, and ROI.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and direct spending in a way that improves efficiency and maximizes measurable impact.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to maintain strong alignment and execution across functions.
  • Run continuous experimentation, measurement, and optimization cycles using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Share performance updates, strategic recommendations, and results with senior stakeholders in a clear, business-oriented manner.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing discipline within technology companies. You should have a solid background in designing and delivering multi-channel strategies in SaaS or enterprise B2B settings, along with a proven ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Prior experience working tightly with Sales in performance-driven environments is important, as is the ability to connect marketing execution to financial results. You will also need experience managing budgets, improving ROI through evidence-based decision-making, and interpreting performance data to sharpen strategy. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, especially when speaking with both technical teams and executive audiences. The role also suits someone who is comfortable with experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and iterative improvement, and who demonstrates ownership, integrity, and strong collaboration.

Benefits and workplace culture

  • Competitive pay benchmarked against experience and the market
  • Remote-first or flexible working arrangements
  • Health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies
  • Employee stock option participation
  • Performance-based incentives and bonus potential
  • Support for professional development and training
