Role Mission and Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation by managing integrated campaigns for product launches, events, and announcements.
- End-to-end ownership of the flagship GTM10 Awards program and community engagement opportunities.
- Define the standards and direct content creation efforts, especially long-form content and strategic collaborations with B2B SaaS growth experts.
- Support product marketing by crafting positioning and messaging for new features and releases, and partner on launch plans, newsletters, website updates, and pricing strategies.
- Create sales enablement materials used by the sales team, including battlecards, one-pagers, and success stories.
- Manage and grow Cello’s micro-influencer program, identifying key distribution partners and tracking influencer-driven pipeline and word-of-mouth impact.
- Collaborate closely with CEO, Chief of Staff, content, partnerships, design freelancers, and sales teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Highly motivated and self-driven with grit, ready to create playbooks and iterate persistently.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in high-growth environments, preferably in B2B software, owning content, growth, or demand generation functions.
- Fluency and habitual use of large language models (LLMs) like Claude, along with related AI tools.
- Proven success in demand generation and/or content programs directly contributing to pipeline growth.
- Strong design sense and ability to recognize quality work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and autonomy, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good technical aptitude with marketing automation, data analytics, and product understanding to confidently engage with engineering teams.
- Excellent command of English with clear, compelling copywriting skills across formats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and GEO marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS tools such as Framer or Webflow.
- Background in product-led growth (PLG) or referral/word-of-mouth marketing.
