Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to join our Global Marketing Strategy team based in London, UK, with some travel involved. This role partners closely with regional and brand teams, corporate functions, and finance to co-create and protect the long-term marketing vision, ensuring alignment and optimization across projects, markets, and channels. Reporting to the Global Marketing Strategy Director, the position will contribute to strategic planning, workstream management, investment prioritization, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and research on a global scale across key regions including North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC and across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive strategic planning process for annual and seasonal global marketing strategies that the entire marketing organization adheres to.
  • Formulate multi-year strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate and departmental goals.
  • Innovate in strategy communication by introducing fresh processes and effective ways to share the marketing strategy internally and externally.
  • Manage and implement strategic acceleration workstreams by identifying key opportunities from strategy tracking, creating actionable roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement and clear accountability.
  • Create strategic marketing presentations and reports for executive leadership, including preparation for high-level meetings such as Quarterly Marketing Reviews with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Insights teams to prioritize marketing investments across brands, channels, regions, and projects. Develop ROI models and frameworks to measure marketing impact effectively.
  • Assist in annual budget planning and long-range planning reviews concerning marketing strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a forward-thinking, data-driven mindset within the marketing team to ensure strategies are informed by current insights and trends.
  • Introduce innovative, entrepreneurial approaches that encourage experimentation, adaptation, and collaboration to meet marketing goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of comprehensive strategic experience in marketing, consulting, or project management within regional or global contexts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate dynamic and evolving strategies and implement robust processes.
  • Strong analytical background within FMCG, fashion, or luxury sectors.
  • Operational excellence with demonstrated skills in process establishment and flawless execution in collaboration with others.
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making with the ability to propose innovative, fiscally responsible ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for challenging the status quo.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, with leadership skills to guide teams through complex scenarios.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence to build strong relationships and influence clearly and persuasively.
  • In-depth understanding of the fashion and luxury industry, including competitor activities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective team leader and people manager who coaches and empowers team members while promoting collaboration and accountability.

Additional Information
