Role Summary

The Regional Operations Head will spearhead the comprehensive execution and operational management of multiple high-rise residential projects within the region. This role demands leadership in project planning, construction quality, safety compliance, commercial management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full project lifecycle for multiple high-rise residential projects, from initiation to handover.
• Ensure delivery meets approved timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
• Continuously monitor project status and implement corrective actions to address delays and risks.
• Enhance productivity and operational efficiencies across all projects.
• Oversee structural, finishing, MEP, façade, and external development activities, adhering to construction methodologies and engineering standards.
• Promote use of innovative construction technologies and value engineering to optimize resources.
• Manage budgets, cash flows, procurement strategies, contracts, and vendor performance aiming for cost efficiency without quality compromise.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control and safety systems, fostering a zero-tolerance safety culture across sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Liaison to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Engage with consultants, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective project delivery.
• Present project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor Regional Project Heads, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and other site personnel to build high-performing teams through capability enhancement and succession planning.
• Identify risks proactively and enforce governance by ensuring compliance with statutory approvals and contractual obligations, alongside regular audits and operational reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in construction, specifically managing on-site projects.
• Proven track record managing consultants and contractors to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Experience overseeing the complete lifecycle of large-scale high-rise buildings of 280 meters or taller.

Skills Required

• In-depth understanding of the real estate development processes.
• Construction management expertise including modern practices.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with emerging construction technologies and materials.
• Proficiency in value engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tools.
