Position Overview

We are seeking a senior fundraising expert to direct our capital-raising efforts within Saudi Arabia focused on private credit funds. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who possesses a robust network among Saudi institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth entities, alongside a demonstrated history of securing capital for private credit strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive capital raising strategies for private credit in Saudi Arabia.
• Originating and managing fundraising mandates with Saudi family offices, sovereign-linked entities, pension funds, endowments, and institutional investors.
• Cultivate and leverage an existing network of Saudi LPs and key investment decision-makers.
• Oversee the entire fundraising process from initial outreach to successful closure.
• Represent the firm at investor briefings, conferences, and industry gatherings throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Establish and sustain strategic relationships within the Saudi investment sector.
• Navigate applicable local regulatory and placement compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in private markets fundraising, emphasizing private credit.
• Proven success raising capital from Saudi-based limited partners.
• Strong connections with Saudi family offices, sovereign funds, pension funds, investment firms, and private banking institutions.
• Experience in securing institutional investments ranging from $10 million to over $100 million.
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in engaging senior executives including CIOs, CEOs, and Principals.
• Residing in Saudi Arabia or maintaining an active, substantial network within the Saudi investment community.
