Senior Field Marketing Analyst - KSA

About the Role

Join Salesforce's Middle East marketing team as a Senior Field Marketing Analyst based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role involves designing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition and directly support pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and international marketing teams across EMEA and globally to elevate Salesforce's visibility in key accounts within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account-based and industry marketing programs across KSA that increase brand awareness and drive Marketing Driven Pipeline and Marketing Matured Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Work alongside sales teams to identify priority industries and top accounts, creating tailored marketing campaigns to deepen customer engagement and strengthen relationships.
• Organize and execute industry-specific events that generate qualified leads and enhance market presence.
• Analyze and report on campaign outcomes, converting data insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six years of professional experience in marketing with significant exposure to account-based marketing methodologies.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and marketing resources efficiently with a focus on measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project management capabilities to maintain organization and multi-task across simultaneous programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products, customer messaging strategies, or knowledge of relevant industry trends, with the agility to quickly learn new concepts.
• A proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and recommending solutions independently.
