About the Role

The Senior Fashion Consultant at Kushals Retail Pvt Ltd leads by example in delivering top-tier customer service, optimizing sales, and maintaining smooth retail operations with a primary focus on customer satisfaction and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
• Handle customer issues professionally and ensure their needs are fulfilled promptly.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and services while addressing concerns swiftly.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals through solution-focused selling techniques.
• Increase average transaction values by promoting premium products and employing upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Effectively negotiate and overcome objections to convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Stay adaptable to customer demands and share insights regarding products and customer preferences with the team.
• Resolve challenges through problem-solving and manage any resistance to change effectively.
• Embrace new procedures quickly to improve sales and service efficiencies.
• Make informed operational decisions independently when required, including managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Monitor inventory closely to prevent losses, assist in managing inventory processes such as replenishment and stock counts, ensuring accurate records and compliance with operational standards.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and store SOPs, promptly escalating any operational issues encountered.
• Take initiative in resolving urgent situations, including escalated customer concerns, ensuring professional outcomes.
• Lead by example to cultivate accountability, high performance, and ethical conduct within the store team.
• Support the training and mentoring of new and existing employees to enhance their product knowledge and service skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with at least 2 years’ retail experience, or graduates with 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and establishing strong client relationships.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
• Experience with cash handling and managing inventory.
• Proficiency using POS systems and other retail technologies.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt accordingly.
