Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive in Sales based in Gurgaon, Haryana, to drive sales efforts for high-end residential projects. The role demands comprehensive understanding of product offerings and an aggressive approach to lead management to successfully meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and follow established sales processes diligently.
  • Take full responsibility for managing and actively pursuing all leads to successful closure.
  • Organize and maintain a detailed sales calendar featuring all monthly planned activities and events.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, including pricing, promotional offers, project features, and other relevant updates beneficial for sales strategy.
  • Stay updated on HFI activities and ensure their effective communication with customers.
  • Collaborate regularly with CRM and Marketing teams to gather pertinent information and provide accurate feedback to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets agreed upon with superiors.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in selling premium residential real estate projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.

Eligibility

Open to candidates with prior sales experience in residential real estate and proficiency in CRM tools to excel in this role.
