Senior Executive – Hospitality

About the Role

As a Senior Executive in Hospitality at Neuroglia Health in Bengaluru, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless guest experiences from the front desk. You'll oversee crucial guest services, coordinate with various departments, maintain inventory, and uphold service excellence standards within the hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk functions to deliver efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, aiming for timely, courteous resolutions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping teams to monitor the cleanliness and readiness of rooms to exceed expectations.
• Track inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock and avoiding shortages or surplus.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 1 to 4 years of experience in the hospitality sector, specifically in hotels or restaurants.
• Expertise in front desk operations, guest handling, and maintaining strong guest relationships.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and emergencies, especially during busy periods.
• Solid understanding of basic food safety and sanitation norms.
