About the Role
This role involves acting as a key subject matter expert within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain, focusing on support processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report. The position requires ensuring high accuracy and compliance in all financial processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee review of financial transactions, email communications, and case queues to confirm timely, accurate processing compliant with internal accounting standards.
- Deliver constructive performance feedback grounded in audit results, monitoring outcomes, and compliance checks to F&A team members.
- Develop and distribute detailed finance quality reports featuring error trend analyses, compliance statistics, and audit summaries for leadership review.
- Perform continuous analysis of F&A performance metrics and propose practical process enhancements aimed at boosting accuracy, turnaround efficiency, and compliance levels.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and escalations thoroughly, maintaining comprehensive root cause documentation aligned with audit feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards and tracking tools, such as SLA trackers and internal quality systems, to reflect key financial KPIs including SLA adherence, accuracy rates, and productivity.
- Engage in regular calibration meetings, audit alignments, and quality reviews to uphold consistency in F&A quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, Operations, and Compliance teams to facilitate knowledge transfer, continual improvement, and skill development across F&A processes.
