Senior Product Manager - CRM

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding multi-unit company based in Dubai, currently at a critical growth phase. Each business unit operates on independent tools, resulting in fragmented customer records. This role is pivotal to build a unified and reliable CRM system that consolidates data and streamlines operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from multiple fragmented lead databases to a singular, comprehensive customer identity across support, marketing, and sales interactions.
• Drive the consolidation of platforms by migrating various business units onto a unified CRM system without disrupting their operational efficiency.
• Engage directly with each business unit to identify underlying issues beyond the surface-level symptoms and address them effectively.
• Oversee integrations between the CRM platform and other systems such as marketing automation and customer support tools.

Candidate Profile

We seek a systems-oriented thinker with substantial experience in leading CRM transformation projects. The ideal candidate understands the flow of information within enterprises, differentiating between contacts and leads, and has successfully implemented unique identifier solutions across platforms.

A minimum of five years of Product Management experience, predominantly focused on CRM system transformations, is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary between AED 35,000 and AED 45,000, commensurate with experience, along with benefits.
