Role Overview

The Senior Executive - Facilities is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of all facility functions across Cult, FF, and other formats. The role demands maintaining a 99.9% operational uptime at all locations, promptly resolving facility-related issues, implementing robust systems and processes, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost-effective strategies to meet budget goals.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Manage daily facilities operations ensuring consistent support for operations with a target uptime of 99.9%.
• Ensure prompt resolution of all facility tickets raised through various channels by center operations, audits, and quality teams, covering aspects like center launches and facilities service levels.
• Implement and enforce systems and standard operating procedures that guarantee near-zero downtime aligned with pre-approved budgetary limits.
• Maintain cost-effectiveness by ensuring all support services are executed within the allocated budget, working towards regular savings, and introducing innovative cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management, coordinating with designated single points of contact to maintain flawless service delivery and develop contingency vendor options for emergencies. Screen and onboard vendors capable of handling routine maintenance tasks across all centers.
• Protect assets through rigorous testing and preventive maintenance in collaboration with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to support business continuity.
• Lead the planning and timely execution of all facility refurbishments and facelift projects.
• Conduct quality assessments of workmanship and materials used by vendors to identify improvement opportunities and communicate benefits effectively.
• Maintain and distribute comprehensive facility-related data and management information systems (MIS), such as provisions, preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and budget versus actual performance reports.
• Supervise regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of all systems, aiming for zero downtime.
