About the Role
Become a vital member of IPOS International's Enterprise & Ecosystem (E&E) Department, contributing to understanding and engaging customers and stakeholders proactively through diversified platforms, programs, and initiatives aimed at supporting the innovation sector.
Primary Duties
- Participate in the service delivery team to strategize, promote, and execute high-quality services that enhance customer experiences within the IPOS Group.
- Analyze and revise customer service processes to ensure alignment with changing requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage technology to resolve issues, implementing initiatives to elevate service experience and satisfaction.
- Design and manage enterprise assistance programs to support business growth.
- Assist in engaging key business partners with marketing initiatives designed to help enterprises recognize, protect, and utilize intangible assets for development.
- Contribute to any ad-hoc departmental or cross-departmental projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of related experience in designing and executing programs, preferably in innovation or intellectual property contexts.
- Exhibit a customer service mindset with proficiency in managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Display strong teamwork capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Apply logical and analytical thinking with the ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Pay close attention to detail and maintain high accuracy in work.
- Show enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experiences.
