About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer specializing in sales and marketing within the industrial process equipment domain. The ideal candidate will possess over two years of experience marketing and selling equipment such as Cooling Towers, Vacuum Systems, Heat Exchangers, Zero Liquid Discharge Systems, Chillers, and other capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead industrial sales and marketing initiatives.
- Generate new inquiries to expand business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of innovative company products.
- Prepare competitive offers and tender documentation.
- Achieve order bookings aligned with established targets.
- Develop and maintain strategic key account relationships.
- Support business associates in their activities.
- Assist back-office teams during project execution through to transaction closure.
Candidate Profile
- A dynamic professional with strong managerial skills and proven background in marketing and business development of process equipment including but not limited to Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Vacuum Systems, Water Treatment Plants, Chillers, and Pumps.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and acquiring new business accounts.
- Experienced working closely with leading process plants, EPC companies, and industry consultants.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across India.
- Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
