Your work will shape the systems, processes, analytics, and business cadence that support reliable revenue outcomes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel functions. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, you will turn business priorities into operational plans, creating alignment, clarity, and ownership across the revenue engine. You will also manage a Revenue Operations team while improving forecast quality, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting at the leadership level. This role combines strategy, data, and execution, and has a direct impact on company growth decisions. It is well suited to a highly analytical operator who enjoys building scalable infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
Key accountabilities
- Set and drive the Revenue Operations agenda to enable scalable growth, stronger operational discipline, and more predictable revenue performance across the go-to-market organization.
- Create and sustain operating cadences, governance models, and performance management systems that strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline oversight, and revenue analytics across business areas, delivering accurate and actionable insights to leadership.
- Work closely with the CRO, CEO, and other executives to support revenue planning, board-level reporting, and strategic decisions.
- Build and improve end-to-end revenue workflows across the customer journey, including lead handling, opportunity management, forecasting, territory design, and retention.
- Own Revenue Systems and Data Governance by partnering with technical teams to enhance Salesforce and the wider revenue technology stack while protecting data quality.
- Lead automation and AI-driven improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Hire, coach, and develop a strong Revenue Operations team with clear priorities, expectations, and growth plans.
- Promote consistent use of scalable processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting and insights on core revenue indicators such as pipeline coverage, conversion performance, forecast accuracy, and net revenue retention.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and shape strategic revenue decisions.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, and Solutions Engineering.
- Experience creating and scaling revenue processes that improve predictability, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce and modern revenue technology stacks, including data architecture and governance.
- Highly analytical approach with the ability to convert complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, with the ability to present insights and challenge assumptions at senior levels.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including identifying risks, diagnosing issues, and implementing practical solutions.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require adaptability and structured execution.

- Competitive overall compensation, including base pay and a performance-based bonus, with OTE structure where applicable.
- Equity participation in a high-growth business.
- Comprehensive medical and dental coverage starting immediately.
- Health spending account for additional wellness-related expenses.
