- Contribute to overarching EMEA strategies in partnership with the EVP of EMEA by advising on priorities, resource allocation, and market growth plans.
- Address intricate challenges with sound commercial insight and innovative problem-solving, managing issues such as competitive displacement and partner conflicts.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 12 to 15+ years of advancing sales leadership experience, particularly leading regional or multi-country technology sales teams.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cybersecurity or networking, understanding threat landscapes, vendor ecosystems, and customer purchasing behaviors.
- Demonstrated success in building and growing channel and MSP programs including VARs, resellers, distributors, and managed service providers across European markets.
- Experience implementing hybrid sales strategies that drive growth both via channel partners and direct enterprise engagement.
- Familiarity with European business environments, managing commercial operations across DACH, CEE, Southern Europe, or Iberia with a nuanced understanding of regional business practices and buyer tendencies.
- Established relationships with distributors, especially pan-European players, and the capability to leverage such partnerships for business expansion.
- Proven collaboration with field marketing on demand creation strategies and management of partner marketing resources.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
