Senior Director, Product Management – WinTeam ERP

About WorkWave and the Role

WorkWave supports service professionals who help maintain safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal worldwide. We are searching for a Senior Director of Product Management to steer the vision, strategy, and delivery of WinTeam, our premier ERP platform tailored for commercial cleaning and security guarding sectors. This role focuses on transformation rather than maintenance, leading the modernization of a critical and mature ERP system by integrating AI, data analytics, and contemporary SaaS workflows to serve complex enterprise client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and AI transformation initiatives for WinTeam’s core ERP modules.
• Oversee the complete roadmap from strategy to execution, balancing technical upgrades with customer value.
• Shift focus towards outcomes that drive business impact rather than just feature development.
• Incorporate AI-powered workflows including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making to transform operational data into valuable customer insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and owners, strengthening product management capabilities through rigorous discovery, precise requirements, disciplined prioritization, and a strong action orientation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership to accelerate product delivery and market impact.
• Engage deeply with customers through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery calls, acting as a key product representative during strategic sales and industry events.
• Manage product profitability, partner with finance to optimize pricing and packaging, and develop data-driven business cases for new investments.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years in product management with 5+ years in leadership roles managing product teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operational software is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in modernizing mature software platforms, addressing technical debt, and managing customer transitions smoothly.
• Practical knowledge in designing and launching AI-based, data-driven software features.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
