Company Overview

Celigo is revolutionizing the integration and automation landscape with its modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS). Focused on simplifying how businesses connect applications, automate workflows, and utilize AI, Celigo is building a foundational operating system for business automation used by thousands globally. Their cutting-edge technology includes runtime AI and prebuilt integrations to streamline complex processes and empower innovation.

Role Summary

The Senior Director of Product Management will helm strategy and execution for Celigo’s key product lines encompassing the core integration platform, AI product suite, API management, and data ingestion. This leadership role significantly impacts revenue generation, customer retention, and the evolution of product management practices in an AI-driven context.

Team and Culture

Joining a collaborative product organization that merges product management, UX design & research, and engineering, this role involves shared ownership from problem identification through solution delivery. The leadership team emphasizes domain accountability, data-driven strategies, and accelerated workflows empowered by AI technology. The environment is straightforward and craft-focused, endorsing open debate within leadership and unified communication externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead multi-quarter product strategies for Core Platform, AI offerings (including Ora, Agent Builder, MCP Server, Guardrails), API management, and data ingestion portfolios.
  • Advance strategic autonomy within the product management organization by empowering senior PMs to independently define visions and make critical decisions.
  • Drive product-market fit and customer impact for AI-driven products, ensuring autonomous agents and AI-assisted integrations deliver measurable success.
  • Lead Celigo’s AI transformation in product development practices, introducing new paradigms for AI integration in the product lifecycle and PM roles.
  • Manage and nurture a distributed, high-performing product management team across multiple time zones, setting clear objectives and fostering trust.
  • Serve as an external ambassador by supporting strategic sales initiatives, representing the company at conferences, and engaging with industry analysts to enhance market positioning.

Candidate Profile

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills for sales enablement, public speaking, and analyst interaction.
  • Proven ability to develop leadership by mentoring senior individual contributors and managers toward higher leadership roles.

Education and Experience:

  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in product management within technical B2B SaaS environments supporting complex, client-facing solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience at senior director-level scope including multi-product strategy formulation, business outcome ownership, and leading organizational change.
  • Strong collaboration with UX teams to drive research-based, design-oriented product outcomes.
  • Practical experience delivering AI-native or AI-augmented products.
  • Proven leadership managing distributed teams, including international locations such as India.
  • Familiar with mid-sized companies (~750 employees) and adaptable to operational environments without extensive infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with integration platform, API management, or data pipeline products.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS market trends and major competitive rankings (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
  • Background managing OEM partnerships or embedded technology collaborations.
  • Well-formed perspective on the impact of AI on product development processes and management roles.

Work Philosophy

Product managers at Celigo prioritize customer insights, data fluency, and accountability for results beyond mere delivery. The organization leverages AI as a strategic multiplier throughout product lifecycle stages, fostering a culture valuing evidence over opinion, forthright feedback, and strategic clarity over mere activity.

Compensation and Benefits

Celigo offers a competitive salary range from $210,000 to $230,000 annually, influenced by skills, experience, and location, with potential additional incentives and benefits outlined during hiring. Benefits include:

  • Remote-first work culture built on trust and collaboration
  • High-growth environment encouraging innovation and implementation of ideas
  • Opportunities for rapid learning and development
  • Supportive and talented colleagues
  • Three weeks of vacation starting from year one
  • Wellness days and paid holidays
  • Parental leave and comprehensive benefits package
  • Monthly technology stipend
