Role Summary

The Senior Director of Product Management will lead the product strategy and execution for Turtle Beach’s PC gaming peripherals and Race/Flight Simulation lines. This leadership role oversees the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, with the goal of expanding market share, accelerating business growth, and providing outstanding consumer experiences. Collaboration is key, as this position partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to develop strategic roadmaps, manage initiatives, and nurture a top-tier product management organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement product strategies and multi-year roadmaps that align with corporate goals and market potential.
• Lead comprehensive portfolio management, including planning, lifecycle oversight, pricing tactics, and investment decisions.
• Oversee full product development cycles, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, quality benchmarks, and financial targets.
• Leverage customer insights, market data, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology trends to identify growth avenues and set product direction.
• Coordinate with cross-departments such as Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to effectively launch products and meet business objectives.
• Own and improve category performance by boosting revenue, profitability, and market positioning through strategic portfolio control.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation, responsibility, and team collaboration.
• Communicate product strategies, business proposals, and portfolio analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and influence global, multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive execution across regions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
• Over 15 years of escalating experience in product management leadership, notably within consumer electronics, gaming, or similar technology sectors.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and launching innovative hardware products from concept to market.
• Experience managing complex and diverse product portfolios along with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial insight with a history of driving revenue increases, profit growth, and market expansion.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build and nurture highly effective teams.

Compensation Note

This role offers a salary range from $150,000 to $200,000 annually. The provided range reflects the expected pay scale, specifically applicable for positions in California. Actual compensation may vary and the range is subject to future modification.
